Description
With its unique blade the triangle Kitchen Knife wavy edge is specialized in delicate and pressure-sensitive tasks. Tomatoes, fillings, toppings and cooked foods are easily cut without crushing.
The blade of stainless special steel is carefully hardened to HRC 58. It is extremely sharp due do its double-sided and hand-polished serrated edge and allows for maximum precision and a straight cut.
Food safe and hygienic due to its seamlessly fitted plastic handle. Handle and blade are perfectly balanced.
Dishwasher safe, hand cleaning recommended.
