Description
Handy sized pastry spatula for spreading creams and fillings and for lifting and decorating home-made chocolates, cakes and fine pastries. Also used for precise plating of gourmet dishes.
Due to the special grinding process the tip of the spatula is flexible yet sturdy. The SPIRIT handle consists of high-quality polypropylene and is made for professionals as well as for ambitious cooking at home.
Stainless steel. Dishwasher safe. Made in Solingen/Germany.
For the sake of the environment: The GreenGrip® used for handles in the Spirit series is a 98% bio-based plastic made from recycled vegetable edible fats and 40% wood fibers.
